Return Policy

Returns on Moonie merch and other non-bespoke items

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

Returns on Bespoke (custom) Moonie products

We do not offer returns or refunds on our Bespoke line. We are always open to discussion about it but when your order from the Bespoke line, you have many opportunities to have your preferences taken into account. No choices are made on the product without your final sign off. Therefore, if you say make it and we make it, that is that. We can’t un-use those materials and time. Please contact us with any issues and we want feedback and we are willing to talk about things if you feel like it was something we did wrong.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at moonieshoppe@gmail.com and we will send you the details.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Moonie! Here are the details of our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically mailed out on Thursdays. Orders placed on after Thursday will be shipped the next Thursday. Shipping is from a rural area and should be noted that people often make up their own rules out here. Be sure to allow extra time for this.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You will be able to see the shipping cost during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the size of your order. Options may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout and your location. Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3-7 business days after it is mailed on a Thursday. We do the best we can to get your order to you quickly. Please note we live in a rural area and some things move slower than the “typical”.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. We are not always great at this but we will do our best.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Moonie's is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at moonieshoppe@gmail.com so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
